Moneytrans joins DUO for a JOB to help the community of young people of foreign origin living in France to easily find a job.

Moneytrans helps you get a job

At Moneytrans, we strongly believe that the progress of a society is measured by the equality of employment opportunities it offers. That is why we support programmes and initiatives such as Duo for a Job, which aim to help young people who are experiencing difficulties in accessing the labour market or who are at risk of social exclusion.

Starting by connecting people with the relevant networks

In our 10 years of experience we have seen the importance of networks, both social and professional, in facilitating the integration experience of immigrants. Moneytrans is proud to collaborate with DUO for a JOB. An association that matches young people from a multicultural background looking for a job with people aged 50 or more who use their professional experience to accompany and support them in their job search.

Having a mentor by your side

The programme also bridges cultural and intergenerational differences by matching young people from culturally diverse backgrounds with mentors who are over 50 years old. Your mentor will accompany and guide you for a period of 6 months, during which time he or she will help you to improve your professional profile and advise you with all his or her years of professional experience. 3 out of 4 young people who come to Duo for a job find employment, an internship or an apprenticeship!

Who can apply?

To access Duo for a job services, you must be:
Between 18 and 33 years old.
Non-European nationality or be a French citizen with a diverse background (with at least one parent or grandparent born outside the European Union).
