Have you opened a Smile Account with a branch and want to register at Moneytrans? We show you how to do it step by step.
- Click on one of the following links depending on where you are located:
– Spain.
– Belgium.
– France. - Click on point 2 “I forgot my password”.
- Enter your email address..
- Select the method by which you want to set your password.. Click on “Email” or “SMS”.
- Then click on the box next to “I am not a robot” and click on “Continue”.
From this point on, there are two options depending on the method you have chosen to set your new password:
Check the inbox of the email you provided. Open it and click on “Reset password”. Then fill in the following fields:

- “New password”: create a new password – Attention! It must be at least 6 characters long and must include letters and at least one number or symbol (!,?,@…).
- “Confirm new password”: Must be the same as in the previous step.
SMS
You will be redirected to the next screen where you will have to fill in 3 fields:

- “New password”: create a new password. Attention! It must be at least 6 characters long and must include letters and at least one number or symbol (!,?,@…).
- “Confirm new password”: Must be the same as in the previous step.
- SMS verification code:: Moneytrans has sent you an SMS to your mobile phone with a code, this is the one you have to enter.
- Finally, click on “Reset password”.
Once you have completed these steps, just click on “Back to login page”. Vous pouvez maintenant vous connecter à l’aide de votre adresse électronique et de votre nouveau mot de passe.
